About:

Atim's Family practice encompasses matters under the Children Act including Care and Contact proceedings and Private Family Law matters, including Child Arrangement cases. 

Atim undertakes work in all aspects of Immigration Law at the First-Tier and Upper Tribunals, High Court and Court of Appeal.  

Her Criminal practice includes Crown Court defence work in fraud, rape, child neglect, importation and supply of Class A and Class B drugs, all types of assaults and Immigration offences.  She also deals with matters at the Court of Appeal regarding appeals against convictions and sentences.

Atim's Housing practice includes matters relating to Possession (private and public landlords) with regard to rent arrears and public disorder or any breach of tenancy covenants.  She also undertakes unlawful eviction and disrepair cases.

Atim also undertakes work under the Mental Health Act where she regularly represents clients in the Mental Health Tribunal.

Atim is a member of the Public Access scheme.
